Sunday Eucharist

Each Sunday during the university term there is a Eucharist  (Holy Communion) in Chapel at 11.00am. This is the main service of the week, with plenty of opportunity for students and staff to have a role through music, reading, leading prayers and so on.

There will be coffee and cakes to follow, together with time to socialise.

A warm welcome to all.

Regular Services

The main Chapel entrance is directly opposite Y Cwad (the Quad) in the Old College Building. It is available throughout the day as a place of quiet in which to pray, meditate or just be still. You can light a candle as a sign of your prayer for someone or leave a request on the prayer board, knowing that someone else will continue to pray for your particular concern.

Worship in Chapel draws mainly from the Anglican tradition, whilst being open to the spiritual riches of other churches. Here is the regular pattern during term time:

Sunday
11.00am  Eucharist (Holy Communion)

Monday
3.15pm  Lectio Divina: meditative prayer on Scripture

Thursday
12.15pm  Holy Communion

Friday
12.15pm   Midday Prayer
